Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer will be based on‑site in Riyadh and will manage the day‑to‑day flow of goods for Beamed Trading. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track deliveries and ensure that customers receive products on time while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Track shipments, update delivery status and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, handling and dispatch.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise processes.
• Support compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field (preferred).
• Practical experience in inventory control, warehouse operations and logistics management.
• Experience in healthcare, laboratory or medical product logistics is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work on‑site in Riyadh.
• Effective communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
