Loyalty Business Support Consultant

About the role

The Loyalty Business Support Consultant will support TCS’s loyalty programs by preparing insightful reports, ensuring accurate accounting configurations, and coordinating campaign launches. This role bridges business analysis with operational execution to optimise loyalty initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards for management.
• Review and enhance accounting configurations, including expense and income analysis.
• Identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support VAT configuration reviews and optimise VAT set‑up for loyalty rewards.
• Maintain accurate program configuration and oversee loyalty campaign, promotion, and customer offer launches.
• Analyse trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend program optimisation actions.

• Strong business analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
