Mandarin-speaking Waiter/Waitress at Luxury Red Sea Resort

About the role

We are seeking a courteous and professional Waiter/Waitress who is fluent in Mandarin to join our pre‑opening team at the Fairmont Red Sea resort. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience in a sustainable, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
• Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards.
• Support teammates with food running, station refills, and act as a liaison between Front of House and Back of House.
• Follow opening and closing checklists, maintain cleanliness of service stations, and adhere to HACCP and FIFO standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and report concerns to the Manager on Duty.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
