About the role

The Manpower Affairs Manager leads the organization’s manpower‑related functions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory compliance. This senior position oversees air ticketing, banking services, medical insurance, and inbound/outbound administration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive manpower affairs strategy, policies and procedures.
• Manage air ticketing operations, negotiate contracts with travel agencies and airlines, and ensure travel compliance.
• Administer banking relationships, oversee financial policies, and guarantee secure transaction processes.
• Oversee medical insurance programs, negotiate plans, and communicate benefits to staff.
• Supervise inbound and outbound administration, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications a plus.
• 15+ years of HR or manpower management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in air ticketing, banking, and insurance administration.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Proficiency with HR management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using reporting tools for data analysis.
