Marketing Manager (F&B Retail, Specialty Coffee)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand in the specialty coffee sector. Based in Riyadh, you will shape and execute marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales in a competitive F&B retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and oversee multi‑channel campaigns, including digital, social media, in‑store promotions, and local events.
• Manage the brand’s digital presence by creating engaging content for social platforms, websites, and email marketing.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Administer the marketing budget to ensure strong ROI for all initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and product development teams to maintain a cohesive brand message.
• Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Track and report campaign performance, using data to refine future strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong passion for specialty coffee and relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in leading digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for brand aesthetics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.
