Marketing Manager – Riyadh

About the role

BAAN Holding is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its marketing strategy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role will drive brand awareness, support growth objectives, and ensure consistent communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Lead digital marketing, content creation, social media, public relations, and event initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and trends.
• Manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation and ROI.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and report insights to senior management.
• Ensure all marketing communications reflect the company’s brand voice and values.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate unified business development efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven senior‑level marketing experience with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• In‑depth knowledge of modern marketing techniques across all channels.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and project‑management skills with a data‑driven approach.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; experience in the Saudi Arabian market is a plus.
