About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Al Yasamin, Riyadh. You will play a pivotal role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting decision‑making across a range of mechanical engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical engineering projects using advanced software tools.
• Analyse project specifications and drawings to identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost‑effective solutions that meet client expectations and project timelines.
• Monitor project expenditures and financial performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage and review subcontractor quotes and contracts to keep projects within budget.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents to attract competitive bids.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress against specifications and budgetary guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all project‑related financial documents.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
