Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Specialist to join our team in Dammam. The role involves managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 environment to support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system on a daily basis.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and customize modules to align with business processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system performance and business workflows.
• Develop reports, dashboards and related documentation.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations and user training.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and ERP business processes.
• Experience in system configuration, user support and troubleshooting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
