About the role
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Specialist to join our team in Dammam. The role involves managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 environment to support business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system on a daily basis.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Configure and customize modules to align with business processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system performance and business workflows.
- Develop reports, dashboards and related documentation.
- Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations and user training.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and ERP business processes.
- Experience in system configuration, user support and troubleshooting.
- Fluent English communication skills.
