Multi Skilled FM Supervisor

About the role

Apextech LLC is looking for a hands‑on Multi Skilled FM Supervisor to lead a mobile, multi‑trade technical team in Riyadh. The role combines field supervision with direct electrical, HVAC, plumbing and civil maintenance work, while ensuring accurate documentation and coordination with contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform LV electrical maintenance, fault‑finding and repairs on distribution boards, panel boards, isolators, earthing systems, lighting, switches, sockets and cable terminations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain fire‑alarm, CCTV and other low‑voltage electrical systems; manage Cat6 and telecommunication cabling installations.
• Carry out HVAC system upkeep including filter cleaning, drain servicing, coil inspection and fault identification.
• Supervise plumbing, carpentry, painting and minor civil works such as leak repairs, valve replacement and drain clearing.
• Read and interpret electrical layout drawings, single‑line diagrams and as‑built plans to guide maintenance activities.
• Lead the on‑site multi‑trade team: allocate daily tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure safety and HSE compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management / MEP maintenance with proven field‑team leadership.
• Certificate or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or MEP disciplines.
• Fluent English – able to read, write and produce technical documents.
• Valid, transferable Iqama for Saudi Arabia.
