Multi‑Skilled FM Technician

About the role

APEX Tech is looking for a Multi‑Skilled FM Technician to join its Facilities Management team in Riyadh. You will be the front‑line responder for day‑to‑day maintenance, preventive checks and reactive repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building disciplines at client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance: fault‑finding, repair of LV distribution boards, lighting circuits, power outlets, UPS and emergency lighting.
• Carry out plumbing tasks: diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, replace taps, valves, pipework and sanitary fittings.
• Execute HVAC work: service split and package air‑conditioning units, ducting, and related controls.
• Conduct scheduled preventive‑maintenance (PPM) inspections and complete work‑order checklists.
• Follow APEX SOPs, client site rules and Saudi safety standards (Civil Defence, SASO, HSE).
• Report abnormal conditions and escalate complex issues to the Supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of multi‑trade facilities maintenance experience (residential, commercial or corporate).
• Industrial/Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or related trade.
• Valid Saudi driving licence, transferable Iqama and Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• Ability to read work orders and safety instructions in Arabic and/or English.
• GCC/KSA experience preferred; basic fire‑alarm/BMS knowledge and first‑aid training are a plus.
