About the role
The Occupational Safety & Health Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment for hotel associates in Saudi Arabia. The role involves assessing risks, inspecting hazards, and leading safety initiatives to minimise illness and injury on the job.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and inspect the hotel environment for hazardous conditions and equipment quality.
- Lead safety programs, advise staff, monitor compliance, and report safety performance.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Assist management with training, coaching, and motivating employees on safety procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and uphold company policies and appearance standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant occupational safety experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
