Oncology Account Manager – Riyadh

About the role

As an Oncology Account Manager you will lead the launch of GSK’s new Haematology portfolio in Riyadh, building relationships with key external experts and healthcare institutions while ensuring timely product availability for cancer patients. You will be responsible for achieving yearly sales targets and driving commercial strategies across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully launch the new Haematology portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Hematology Key External Experts, healthcare institutions, and oncology societies.
• Deliver sales targets and LEAD KPIs for the assigned territory.
• Implement commercial strategies and act as a trusted advisor to HCPs.
• Monitor product performance, develop and execute a robust territory business plan.
• Support marketing initiatives, campaign development and rollout, securing necessary medical and regulatory approvals.
• Gather market intelligence, forecast demand and align with trade and marketing teams.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability and manage shelf‑life.
• Collaborate with tender and market access teams on pricing, RFQs and access plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management.
• Proven experience launching oncology or haematology products.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and meet sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian oncology market.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals.
