About the role

Philip Morris International is launching an On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) program for recent graduates in Saudi Arabia. The program provides hands‑on experience within commercial back‑office and field teams in Riyadh and Jeddah, allowing participants to work on real business projects while developing professional competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial back‑office operations and assist field teams on daily tasks.
• Participate in real‑world business projects, contributing ideas and analysis.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn best practices in a multinational environment.
• Develop reports and presentations that aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a recent university degree or eligible for an OJT program.
• Available to work full‑time for the duration of the training.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivated to learn, adapt and take initiative in a fast‑changing business.
