Operations Associate – Westfield Riyadh Mall

About the role

The Operations Associate will support the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of Westfield Riyadh, ensuring tenant satisfaction, compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help maintain a high‑quality shopping environment for visitors and retailers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring adherence to Cenomi Centers standards.
• Log, track and resolve tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Assist tenants during shop fit‑out, handover and evacuation processes.
• Coordinate activities with leasing, contractors, suppliers and other mall departments.
• Oversee the upkeep of common areas and conduct health & safety inspections.
• Monitor daily mall operations and undertake additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations and facilities management.
• Strong background in tenant/customer relationship management and property management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
