Paralegal – Commercial & Contract Law

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Paralegal to support our Legal Manager and team in delivering legal solutions that protect the company’s commercial interests and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts across our group of companies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare draft contracts and submit them for Legal Manager review.
• Analyze new contractual agreements and flag any non‑compliance issues.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all company contracts and legal obligations.
• Review third‑party contracts to safeguard the company’s legal rights.
• Represent the group before ministries for filings such as GAC and MISA.
• Advise staff on contract interpretation and clarify legal issues.
• Coordinate with external law firms and lawyers for special assignments.
• Draft legal letters and settlement documents for contractors.
• Monitor and report new Saudi regulations that could impact operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial and business law.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong legal drafting abilities.
• Solid understanding of Saudi company, commercial, and regulatory laws.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
