Partner Business Manager - Riyadh

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a Partner Business Manager in Riyadh, working onsite primarily from an HPE office. The role acts as an operational services trusted advisor to partners, building strategic relationships with partners and distributors to turn them into services sales multipliers for HPE.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and execute joint services business plans that grow end-to-end services revenue, profitability and pipeline.
• Coach and enable partners on where to play in their market, aligning opportunities to HPE priorities and emerging trends.
• Translate HPE's products and strategy into compelling partner-led solutions.
• Align field sales and HPE specialists to maximize deal velocity, marketing impact and customer wins.
• Run day-to-day partner operations: forecasting, business planning, enablement, executive briefings and go-to-market activation.
• Customize solutions to partner customer profiles and deliver against quota.
• Expand the partner network by recruiting and onboarding new partners when needed.
• Ensure partner compliance with HPE standards and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• 2-5+ years in selling or partner-facing roles (or equivalent experience).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of building relationships, solving commercial problems and driving measurable results.
• Strong commercial instincts, understanding of P&L basics, forecasting and profitable deals.
• Persuasive communicator and natural collaborator able to lead cross-functional initiatives.
