People Business Partner

About the role

Tamara is seeking a People Business Partner to join its People team in Riyadh. In this role you will provide both tactical and strategic HR consulting to support business objectives and help shape the employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver HR partnership and support for strategic and day‑to‑day initiatives for assigned business groups.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with leaders and employees, offering guidance on HR and business matters.
• Coach managers to achieve business goals, influencing performance, compensation and talent decisions.
• Manage employee relations, act as a change agent and implement best practices to improve work relationships.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning and identify performance gaps and training needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborate with legal/compliance teams as needed.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to act quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
