Principal Solutions Engineer – Oracle Fusion Apps (ERP)

About the role

Oracle is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to lead presales technical and functional activities for Oracle Fusion Applications in the ERP domain. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping large enterprise customers transform their finance and supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and lead presales technical/functional support for complex sales opportunities.
• Mentor less‑experienced Sales Consultants and develop productivity tools and training.
• Create and deliver compelling Oracle presentations, demos, and architecture recommendations.
• Advise internal and external clients on end‑to‑end solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to penetrate the market and close deals.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in ERP/Financials and Supply Chain.
• Strong business knowledge of AP, AR, and Cash Management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Presales or implementation experience with tier‑1 Oracle solutions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
