Procurement Executive – Procurement

About the role

The Procurement Executive will manage procurement activities for goods and services at Jumeirah Jabal Omar, ensuring alignment with operational needs, budgets, and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and support price and commercial negotiations to achieve best value.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring complete and accurate documentation with proper approvals.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor open purchase orders, delivery timelines, and pending requirements, following up on delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, quotations, contracts, and procurement-related documentation.
• Support supplier performance reviews and identify reliable, cost‑effective sourcing options.
• Ensure compliance with Jumeirah’s internal procurement policies, approval processes, delegated authorities, and applicable procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness for procurement transactions in line with internal control requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management abilities.
• Good organisational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capability.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (verbal & written).
