Product Manager – SKU & Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead SKU planning and supply‑chain operations. You will be responsible for balancing demand, inventory and supplier constraints to ensure optimal product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Determine order quantities for each SKU based on sales performance, stock coverage, past lost‑sales, seasonal trends and upcoming events.
• Define the life‑cycle of each SKU using performance curves, demand‑supply analysis and supplier status.
• Maintain an Excel tracker for cost and minimum order quantities (MOQ) for every collection and supplier.
• Negotiate cost and MOQ changes with suppliers and ensure purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO) and pro‑invoices (PI) are accurate and delivered with sufficient lead time.
• Secure signed purchase orders and verify that PI and PO details (quantity, cost, payment terms, shipment dates) match.
• Develop and execute a stock liquidation plan for obsolete inventory, including board approvals and clearance pricing for wholesale channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics, production planning or related functions.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a data‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
