Product Manager – Specialty Pharma (Riyadh)

About the role

The company, in partnership with a leading pharmaceutical firm, is seeking a Product Manager to lead the launch and growth of a specialty therapeutic product in Riyadh. You will shape the product strategy, build market presence, and drive sales performance in a competitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the product strategy and marketing plan for the new specialty therapy.
• Design and execute tactical marketing activities aligned with brand objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and monitor competitive dynamics.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders and major accounts.
• Track performance against mid‑to‑long‑term sales targets and adjust plans as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing specialty pharmaceutical portfolios (e.g., Oncology, Endocrinology, Hematology, Immunology).
• Native Arabic speaker.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and innovative thinking abilities.
