Product Manager – Specialty Therapeutics (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the launch and growth of a specialty therapeutic product in Riyadh. The role focuses on building strategy, marketing plans, and partnerships to achieve sales targets in oncology, endocrinology, hematology, or immunology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the product strategy and marketing plan for the new therapeutic launch.
• Design and execute tactical marketing activities aligned with brand objectives.
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify opportunities and monitor competitive landscape.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders and major accounts.
• Track performance against mid‑to‑long‑term sales targets and adjust plans as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing specialty pharmaceutical portfolios (oncology, endocrinology, hematology, immunology).
• Native Arabic speaker with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven business acumen and ability to drive market access and growth.
