Product Specialist – Hematology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist in Hematology to promote its innovative medicines to healthcare professionals in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on increasing product access and patient share by delivering scientific information and supporting clinical use within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Detail the value of assigned hematology products to physicians, pharmacists and other HCPs using a multichannel approach (face‑to‑face, email, phone, presentations).
• Achieve market‑share and sales targets while complying with J&J policies, local regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct account mapping, understand product listing and contracting processes, and identify key stakeholders.
• Organise scientific and digital meetings to reinforce J&J’s image as a transformational innovator.
• Provide accurate call feedback and maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the hematology therapeutic area and Saudi healthcare landscape.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with HCPs.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory and meet performance metrics.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with corporate and local guidelines.
