Product Specialist – Oncology (Jeddah)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist in Oncology to join its Innovative Medicine team in Jeddah. The role focuses on promoting registered oncology products to healthcare professionals, ensuring appropriate use according to clinical indications, and supporting patient access across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote J&J oncology products within registered indications to healthcare professionals.
• Use a multichannel approach (face‑to‑face, email, phone, presentations) to engage HCPs on the assigned list.
• Provide detailed product value information and collect quality call feedback.
• Achieve market‑share targets for the assigned territory while adhering to compliance, quality, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to increase product accessibility for eligible patients.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical‑device sales, preferably in oncology/hematology.
• Strong understanding of the patient pathway and oncology market dynamics.
• Ability to communicate scientific information clearly and ethically.
• Commitment to compliance with J&J Credo, quality guidelines, and local laws.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently in the Jeddah territory.
