Product Technical and Business Development Manager

About the role

Royal Cyber is looking for a hands‑on Product Technical and Business Development Manager to launch and grow its proprietary solutions – GoTestPro, Nouraa.ai and CampusMind.ai – in the Saudi Arabian market. The role blends technical product expertise with sales and go‑to‑market responsibilities, acting as the local business owner for these products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Saudi go‑to‑market strategy for each product.
• Identify target industries, accounts and decision‑makers and generate leads through outreach, events and partners.
• Conduct discovery sessions, deliver product demonstrations and translate customer requirements into use cases.
• Prepare proposals, pilot plans, pricing recommendations and business cases.
• Coordinate with global product, presales and delivery teams and manage opportunities in the CRM from lead to closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS and Oracle.
• Provide structured market feedback to product teams and represent Royal Cyber at executive events and conferences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, technical presales, product management or business development.
• Proven track record selling SaaS platforms or enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi government and enterprise market with existing local relationships.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic fluency strongly preferred.
