Professional Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Professional Supply Planner to support our planning function. The role focuses on coordinating forecasts, production capacities and inventory to ensure efficient delivery performance while minimizing waste.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate forecasts, production capacities and inventory to meet delivery targets efficiently.
• Order production and transportation based on forecasts, maintaining optimal stock levels and reducing finished‑goods waste.
• Manage product availability by setting safety stock, production frequency and other inventory parameters.
• Maintain accurate master data in IT systems such as SAP and the production server.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs and PPIs, taking corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with demand planners, production, warehouse, transportation and commercial teams to ensure a cost‑efficient, high‑service value chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply planning or inventory management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (or similar ERP) for master‑data maintenance and transaction processing.
