Program Manager (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Program Manager based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, to support the planning and delivery of strategic transformation programs. The role works closely with internal teams, business units and external consultants, and ensures projects stay aligned with the organization's strategy and target operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of strategic transformation programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, business units and external consultants.
• Track project progress, identify risks and prepare status updates for management.
• Ensure projects align with the organization's strategy and target operating model.
• Assist in developing business cases and project scopes.
• Support the design of operating models and organizational structures.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (MBA is a plus), Computer Science, Information Systems or Systems Engineering.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required; PgMP and CCMP preferred.
• Preferred: experience in large-scale business transformation or change management, knowledge of PMC environments and familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
