Project Manager (PMO) – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Project Manager (PMO) will lead real estate development projects from planning through hand‑over, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. This role coordinates stakeholders, consultants, contractors and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee real estate development projects from concept, design, execution to final hand‑over.
• Monitor progress, schedules, budgets, costs and overall performance.
• Prepare status reports covering progress, risks, issues and recommendations.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal departments for smooth execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays and changes, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Review contracts, claims and variations to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Analyze project costs, cash flow and financial needs in partnership with Finance.
• Support governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and project management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in real estate development.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2 or Agile.
• Knowledge of contracts, claims and change management processes.
• Strong planning, analytical and multi‑project management abilities.
