Property Manager

About the role

The Property Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operation, leasing and maintenance of a portfolio of properties in Riyadh. The role combines financial oversight, tenant relationship management and team leadership to ensure high occupancy and optimal asset performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property activities including maintenance, leasing, cleaning, collections and contract administration.
• Lead and supervise property managers, supervisors and technicians to achieve set objectives.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to boost occupancy and return on investment.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, analyse financial data and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Build strong tenant relationships, handle inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Negotiate lease renewals and ensure competitive financial returns based on market studies.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs, approve spare‑parts purchases and manage preventive maintenance programmes.
• Follow up on legal cases such as lease disputes, evictions and hand‑overs.
• Produce periodic performance reports covering occupancy, revenues, expenses and operational challenges.
• Monitor regional real‑estate market trends and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in property management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software.
• Experience using marketing tools.
• Ability to operate accounting systems.
