QA/QC Supervisor – Electrical

About the role

The QA/QC Supervisor – Electrical will lead a team of inspectors across construction projects, ensuring that all activities meet the highest quality standards and comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, supervise and train the QA/QC team, providing on‑the‑job feedback and promoting a value‑driven culture.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC plans, processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with overall QA/QC strategy and project specifications.
• Track financial performance against budgets, report variances and support corrective actions.
• Supervise engineers and inspectors, coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure timely completion of quality control tasks.
• Prepare documentation for audits, manage project document control, and maintain accurate QA/QC records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement.
