Site Engineer - Mechanical

About the role

The Site Engineer – Mechanical will oversee and manage construction activities on‑site, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently and in line with plans, specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with site and construction managers to understand project scope and requirements.
• Coordinate site clearance, excavation, leveling and material procurement.
• Monitor and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and codes.
• Implement quality assurance and control processes, conduct inspections and address defects.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct briefings and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate subcontractors and keep stakeholders updated on progress and issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare the site for final handover.
• Identify inefficiencies, manage resources and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0‑4 years of experience in similar construction roles.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
