Senior Structural Design Engineer

About the role

The Senior Structural Design Engineer will provide technical expertise across multiple projects, delivering innovative design solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update detailed design plans, integrating tools such as BIM and VDC to produce high‑quality, accurate proposals.
• Monitor design schedules, KPIs and resource allocation to keep projects aligned with timelines and operational requirements.
• Address and escalate RFIs and technical queries, ensuring client review and clarification of design criteria.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, mechanical, quality assurance) to integrate designs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Research and apply local and international regulations, maintaining compliance and supporting certification processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the EPC industry.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
