Quality Lead Nurse

About the role

The Quality Lead Nurse will oversee nursing standards and drive continuous improvement within a hospital environment in Riyadh. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure patient safety, compliance with regulations, and high‑quality care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing teams to uphold clinical excellence.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi health regulations and hospital policies.
• Conduct audits, analyze data, and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Graduate‑qualified professional nurse licensed in your home country.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum five years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in long‑term care.
• Fluent English, as it is the working language of the hospital.
