About the role
We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveying Engineer to join our construction team in Riyadh. The position is full‑time and on‑site, ideal for professionals with up to five years of experience in cost management.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quantity take‑offs for project drawings and specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets.
- Administer contracts, including preparation of progress payments.
- Manage variation orders and ensure proper documentation.
- Compile final accounts and support project close‑out activities.
Required profile
- 0‑5 years of experience in quantity surveying or related fields.
- Previous experience in the GCC, especially Saudi Arabia, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction cost processes and contract administration.
