Real Estate Associate Lawyer – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a Real Estate Associate Lawyer to join our growing Riyadh office of a leading global law firm. You will work on high‑profile real estate transactions across the GCC, supporting sovereign wealth funds, government entities, developers and multinational corporates.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on real estate acquisitions, disposals and mixed‑use, hospitality, residential, industrial and logistics developments.
• Structure joint‑venture and strategic investment arrangements.
• Handle real estate private‑equity, institutional investments and development‑project financing.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, asset‑management agreements and corporate real‑estate portfolio transactions.
• Support construction‑related and cross‑border transactions linked to Vision 2030 projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience at a leading international or top‑tier regional law firm.
• Strong background in commercial real estate, investment transactions, development projects or real estate finance.
• Saudi Arabian or GCC qualified lawyer preferred.
• Demonstrated experience advising on Saudi or GCC real‑estate matters, preferably at a Legal 500‑ranked firm.
