Recruiter (Remote, Jeddah)

About the role

Avensys is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its remote team supporting clients in Saudi Arabia. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while also contributing to business development and client account management.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end recruitment delivery, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Support business development by identifying prospective clients, assisting outreach efforts and attending client meetings.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, gather role requirements and ensure service quality on active accounts.
• Keep candidate pipelines, client records and hiring reports up to date.
• Assist in meeting Saudization (Nitaqat) hiring targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to the Saudi market.
• Interest or early experience in client‑facing activities such as sales, business development or account management.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Qiwa recruitment platform.
