Recruiter – Remote (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Avensys is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its remote team supporting clients across Saudi Arabia. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while also contributing to business development and client account management.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end recruitment delivery: source, screen, coordinate interviews and manage offers.
• Support business development by identifying prospects, assisting outreach and attending client meetings.
• Maintain client relationships, gather role requirements and ensure service quality on active accounts.
• Keep candidate pipelines, client records and hiring reports up to date.
• Assist in meeting Saudization (Nitaqat) hiring targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to the Saudi market.
• Interest or early experience in client‑facing functions such as sales, business development or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities with both candidates and clients.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Qiwa recruitment platform.
