About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. You will play a key part in attracting, assessing, and hiring talent that supports our business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple vacancies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to define hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and oversee the offer management process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold recruitment best practices.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively.
