Recruitment Manager – Business Development & Talent Acquisition

About the role

Ejadah Management Consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and executive search projects while driving business development initiatives. Based in Riyadh, you will act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring high‑quality candidate experiences and delivering strategic hiring solutions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for mid‑level, senior, and executive positions, including market mapping, headhunting, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct structured interviews, competency‑based assessments, and incorporate psychometric insights to evaluate candidates.
• Prepare shortlists, detailed candidate reports, and present recommendations to clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understand their workforce needs, and develop accurate search strategies.
• Lead client meetings, progress updates, and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities, participate in sales pitches, and create tailored proposals and commercial offers.
• Coach junior recruiters, improve internal processes, and collaborate with assessment and HR advisory teams.

Required profile

• Based in Saudi Arabia with native‑level Arabic fluency.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search, preferably within an agency.
• Proven track record managing senior‑level and executive mandates.
• Strong client‑management, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi talent market.
