Recruitment Manager (Saudi National Only)

About the role

The Recruitment Manager will lead the full talent acquisition strategy for the new FAENA Red Sea hotel, ensuring attraction, selection and onboarding of exceptional talent aligned with the brand’s culture and service philosophy. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the role partners with department leaders to build high‑performing teams while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual recruitment strategy aligned with business needs, pre‑opening plans and Saudization targets.
• Partner with department heads to define manpower requirements, budgets and succession plans.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offers and onboarding coordination.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles using social media, career fairs and industry networking.
• Oversee recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and quality of hire.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, Saudization regulations and company policies.
• Maintain relationships with local universities, hospitality institutes and recruitment agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Saudi hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and Saudization requirements.
• Proven track record of meeting nationalisation targets.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically SmartRecruiters.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation abilities.
