Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Arco is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join its Riyadh office. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the company attracts top talent. You will manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct in‑person and phone interviews
• Administer company assessments as required
• Perform reference and background checks
• Provide hiring recommendations to managers
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
• Follow up on interview status and communicate updates
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to meet staffing goals
• Communicate employer information and benefits during screening
• Prepare timely reports on employment activity
• Conduct exit interviews for departing employees

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Good English communication skills
