Regional Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia. The role partners closely with business leaders to drive talent strategies, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Drive performance management and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to organizational performance.
• Lead and mentor HR team members across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including regional or multi‑site responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
