Relationship Manager – Pharmaceutical Companies (Riyadh)

About the role

Axios International is seeking a Relationship Manager to act as the primary liaison with pharmaceutical companies across Saudi Arabia. The role involves understanding client needs, positioning our services, and driving business growth at both country and regional levels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Capture opportunities and stakeholder insights in the business development CRM.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Produce monthly business opportunity reports with clear metrics and KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers in pharmaceutical companies.
• Engage with hospitals, distributors, and other healthcare stakeholders as needed.
• Provide regular updates on market trends, client feedback, and regulatory changes.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and support the development of service offerings.
• Represent Axios at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry business development or related functions.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, compliance requirements, and industry regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for tracking opportunities.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
