Reservations Agent – Saudi National (Hotel)

About the role

The Reservations Agent will join the Reservations Department of Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel in Makkah, providing prompt and professional support to guests and ensuring accurate booking records. This position is open to Saudi nationals and focuses on delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reservation emails within 24 hours, prioritising current‑month inquiries.
• Answer telephone calls within three rings, following 59 Club & LQA greeting standards.
• Collect complete guest details during booking, including repeat guest status, passport copies, flight information, special occasions and preferences, and update them in the Opera system.
• Read all reservation correspondence for special instructions and relay information to relevant departments.
• Communicate last‑minute changes such as new bookings, cancellations or additional information to the appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a courteous, professional approach.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
• Attention to detail and adherence to email and telephone etiquette standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using the Opera reservation system.
