Reservations Manager – Hotel (Saudi National)

About the role

The Reservations Manager will lead the hotel’s reservations department, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving revenue growth. This position reports to senior management and works closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Food & Beverage teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of the Reservations Department.
• Supervise, train and develop reservations staff.
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy trends and booking patterns to maximise revenue.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and room revenue.
• Prepare forecasts, revenue reports and performance analyses for management.
• Manage room allocations, rate structures, allotments and availability across all distribution channels.
• Coordinate group bookings and special accommodation requests.
• Identify and mitigate overbooking risks.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations performance, travel agencies and corporate accounts.
• Participate in budgeting and departmental planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of reservations experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience with proven team‑management capabilities.
