Residential Client Advisory – Luxury Sales

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Residential Client Advisor to drive sales of its luxury residential portfolio across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role focuses on guiding ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) and high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients through a bespoke purchase journey, delivering a super‑luxury experience from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Work within the residential sales team to achieve the highest standards of service and sales performance.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with prospective buyers, real‑estate brokers, private banks, wealth managers and other high‑net‑worth referral sources.
• Guide clients through a personalized purchase process, handling qualification, negotiation, reservation and contract closure in line with internal procedures and KSA regulations.
• Maintain daily CRM updates, track sales pipelines, and generate new leads through show‑suite activities and events.
• Collaborate with appointed sales agents, third‑party partners and the Group Head of Residential Sales on VIP client matters, including travel to approved sales locations.
• Provide market analysis, support sales strategy development and contribute to the growth of the residential buyer database.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling luxury residential properties to UHNWIs/HNWIs in KSA or the GCC.
• Deep understanding of KSA/GCC culture, property market practices and regulatory environment.
• Exceptional discretion, presentation skills and the ability to build trust with VIP clients.
• Strong relationship‑management capabilities and a network within private banking, wealth management and luxury sectors.
