About the role
The Restaurant Hostess is the first point of contact for guests in a fine‑dining setting, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage the overall fine‑dining experience.
- Handle reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate with service staff to optimise table availability and guest flow.
- Assist guests with inquiries, menu information, and special requests.
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Support restaurant promotions, special events, and guest‑engagement initiatives.
Required profile
- High School certificate or Diploma required; Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or Guest Relations staff, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Hands‑on experience with restaurant reservation systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
