Retail Trainer & Coach – KSA (Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Retail Trainer & Coach will develop the capabilities of boutique teams across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by delivering learning experiences, coaching, and performance development initiatives. Working closely with boutique management and cross‑functional partners, you will bring the learning strategy to life and help teams deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis and design tailored development plans aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver classroom, virtual and in‑boutique training programmes that reinforce selling philosophy and service standards.
• Provide on‑the‑floor coaching, role‑plays and skill‑building activities to drive behavioural change.
• Lead onboarding for new joiners and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Monitor learning impact through observations, coaching follow‑up and commercial performance indicators such as sales, AUR, conversion, NPS and client engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail training, coaching or learning & development, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong ability to partner with boutique management and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on translating learning into everyday behaviours.
