Rider Operations Manager

About the role

The Rider Operations Manager will lead and optimise the end‑to‑end rider experience for Hungerstation in Riyadh. You will ensure efficient delivery operations, rider satisfaction and compliance with local regulations while driving cost‑effective performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes that maximise delivery efficiency, rider satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Manage rider equipment, uniforms and the rider support and dispatch teams, ensuring clear SOPs and service levels.
• Monitor operational costs, rider earnings and cost‑per‑order, and maintain KPI dashboards for senior management.
• Leverage technology and data to optimise routes, improve efficiency and increase the daily active rider supply.
• Lead strategy, planning, budgeting, project management and stakeholder relations for the division.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of relevant experience in rider or logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of software tools for route optimisation and tracking.
• Ability to analyse data and build KPI dashboards.
